CR/MMA-BA自交联型接枝共聚物 李和平 阎春绵 戚俊清 摘要:研究了N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(N-MAA)存在下氯丁橡胶(CR)/甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)-丙烯酸丁酯(BA)的三元接枝共聚及产物性能。结果表明,在引发剂质量为CR的1.8%~2.2%,N-MAA质量为CR的1.6%~1.8%,BA用量为36%,反应时间为4h,反应温度为80~85℃时产物的性能较优。对产物还进行了红外光谱表征和粘合性能测试。 CR/MMA-BA self-crosslinking graft copolymer Li Heping Abstract:Three-component graft copolymerization of CR/methyl

presence of crosslinking monomer N- hydroxymethyl acrylamide(N- MAA).The results
showed that the graft efficiency and adhesion properties were higher when the contents of
initiator and N- MAA were 1.8% ~ 2.2% and 1.6% ~ 1.8% respectively,the
content of BA was 36% ,time of reaction was 4 h, temperature of reaction was 80~ 85
℃ .The graft copolymer was characterized by IR spectrum and its adhesion properties were
tested. 用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)接枝SBS或氯丁橡胶(CR)已有诸多报道[1~3],但该类接枝共聚物作粘合剂或涂料基料时存在初粘性较差、胶膜柔韧性不够和剥离强度低等不足。由于聚丙烯酸丁酯(PBA)为低强度的粘附性弹性体,因此本工作引入第三单体丙烯酸丁酯(BA)进行三元接枝共聚,同时加入交联剂N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(N-MAA)来实现接枝共聚物的内增塑和交联[4~6],以期增强CR接枝共聚物对难粘塑料或橡胶的粘附强度。关于MMA,BA,N-MAA与CR在混合溶剂中进行接枝共聚的工作尚未见文献报道。 1 实验部分 1.1 原材料 转化率=[W2-(W1G/W0)]/(W1A/W0)×100% 式中,G,A分别为CR的质量和单体的总质量。 2 结果与讨论 2.1 BPO用量对接枝共聚物的影响 Fig1 Effect of content of BPO on graft copolymer 2.2 N-MAA用量对接枝共聚物的影响 Table1 Effect of N-MAAcontent on |

BA用量[以BA/(BA+MMA)(质量比)表示]对接枝共聚物的影响见图2。由图2可见,随着BA用量的增加,接枝共聚物的剥离强度增加,当BA用量大于36%时,剥离强度开始下降。由于N-MAA的交联及PBA在接枝共聚物中的内增塑作用[7,8]克服了刚性的PMMA支链带给接枝共聚物的硬脆性,从而增强了接枝共聚物的粘合性能,有利于被粘物表面的吸附浸润。但过多地引入PBA及支链,接枝共聚物的内聚强度将下降[9]。
