鞋底料用粉末丁腈橡胶改性PVC

  摘要:用大粒径粉末丁腈橡胶(PNBR)改性PVC并制备了鞋底专用料,研究了PNBR、增塑剂、填料及加工工艺对共混物性能的影响。结果表明,PVC100份(质量份,下同),大粒径PNBR10~30份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯50~70份,高芳烃油10~30份,超细碳酸钙20份及适量助剂,用混炼-挤出或挤出-挤出加工工艺可以制得性能达到GB4492—84指标的鞋底专用料。

PNBR modified PVC for sole

  Abstract:The large particle powdered acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber(PNBR) modified polyvinyl chloride(PVC) for sole was prepared and the effect of PNBR, plasticizers,fillers and processes on the properties of PVC/PNBR were studied. The results showed that the blends could meet the demands of GB 4492—84 for the sole by adding PVC 100 phr,PNBR 10~30 phr, DOP 50~70 phr, high aromatic oil 10~30 phr, CaCO3 20 phr and some other agents and by the process of mixing-extruding or extruding-extruding.
