子午线轮胎接触变形的非线性有限元分析 李丽娟 刘锋 杨学贵 摘要:建立了9.00R20子午线轮胎的有限元分析模型,从轮胎的材料非线性、几何非线性、橡胶帘线复合材料的各向异性,以及橡胶材料的不可压缩性等方面探讨了轮胎与地面的静态接触问题,分析了下沉量、充气压力及静摩擦系数等对轮胎静态接地面内应力应变场的影响。结果表明,在一定的充气压力下,随着下沉量逐渐增大,轮胎接地形状从圆形逐渐变为椭圆形、矩形,接地区应力分布由内高外低逐渐变为内低外高;静态接地时的摩擦力呈对称分布,但摩擦力并不大;带束层和胎圈在接地区域的应力较高,充气压力对发生翘曲时的下沉量有影响,随着充气压力的升高,对应的下沉量降低;下沉量相同时接地面内的最大应力随充气压力的升高而增大。 Nonlinear FEA for contact deflection of radial tire Li Lijuan Liu Feng Abstract:Finite element analysis
model of 9.00 R 20 radial tire was built and the static stress-strain distribution in
the contact area was analyzed.The material and geometric nonlinear properties,and the
anisotropic property of composite materials as well as uncompressible property of
vulcanized rubber were studied.The effects of quantity of deflection, inflated pressure
and friction coefficient on stress distribution in the contacting area were analyzed.The
result showed that at constant inflated pressure,the contact shape changed from circle to
ellipse then in turn to rectangular. The stress distribution in contact area changed from
inner higher and outer lower into inner lower and outer higher.Friction force was
axisymmetrical and its quantity was not large on static contact condition.The stresses of
tire cord and tire ring on contacting area were higher.Inflated pressure had effect on
sinking of warpage.Sinking decreased with the increase of inflated pressure.The largest
