新癸酸钕系顺丁橡胶的性能 张新惠 李柏林 蔡洪光 摘 要:研究了以新癸酸钕作主催化剂聚合得到的顺丁橡胶(Ln-BR)的性能。结果表明:特性粘数为2.70dL/g、门尼粘度为37的h-BR不仅混炼行为良好,滚动阻力较低,而且硫化胶的拉伸性能、耐磨性能以及热老化性能等均优于特性粘数大于5.dL/g、门尼粘度高于50的Ln-BR,但是其抗疲劳性和生热性逊于后者;特性粘数大于5.00dL/g的h-BR,混炼时应添加适量芳烃操作油。 Properties of Cis-1, 4-polybutadiene rubber by neodymium caprate catalyst system
Zhang Xinhui(Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Changchun, Jilin 130022) Abstract:The properties of cis-1,4 -polybu-tadiene rubber polymerized by neodymium caprateas main catalyst system(Ln-BR) were stud-ied. The results showed that not only mill behaviorwas good for Ln-BR with intrinsic viscosity2. 70 dL/g and Mooney viscosity 37, but also me-chanical properties, abrasion and thermal aging re-sistance of its vulcanizate were excellent, superior tothose of intrinsic viscosity and Mooney viscositymore than 5.00 dL/g and 50 respectively. But itsresistance to tension fatigue and heat build-upwere slightly inferior to those of the latter. Someamount of aromatic operating oil should be addedduring mixing for Ln- BR of intrinsic viscositymore than 5.00 dL/g. The dynamic experimentshowed that the rolling resistance of Ln- BR waslower than that of cis-1, 4-polybutadiene ruuberpolymerized by nickel catalyst system. |
