聚氨酯脲-乙烯基聚合物复合水分散液 胡永生 陶勇 胡春圃 摘 要:以蓖麻油、二官能度聚醚多元醇(GE210)、苯乙烯和丙烯酸丁酯等原料合成了聚氨酯脲-乙烯基聚合物(PUA)复合水分散液,并研究了这类水分散体系的粒子形态、流变性能以及稳定性。结果表明,分别由蓖麻油以及蓖麻油与GE210质量比为1/1合成的PUA分散液中的分散相呈现出较好的核壳结构,分散液的粘度较小,接近于牛顿流体,且体系的ζ电位绝对值和临界聚沉浓度较大。由GE210合成的PUA复合水分散液中未观察到规则的分散粒子,分散液的粘度较大,表现为假塑性流体,且对电解质较敏感。 Polyurethaneurea-vinyl polymer hybrid aqueous dispersions Hu Yongsheng(Institute of Materials Science and Engineering, East China

polyurethaneurea- vinyl polymer (PUA) hybrid aqueous dispersions were synthesized from
castor oil, and/or difunctional poly(oxypropylene) polyol (GE 210, Mn=1 000), as well as
butyl acrylate and styrene, and the particle morphologies, rheologies and stabilities for
these PUAs were examined and studied. The experimental results showed that there were
clear core- shell particle morphologies for the PUA prepared with castor oil and the mixed
polyols of castor oil and GE 210(1/1 in mass ratio) respectively. Besides higher ζ potentials and critical
coagulation concentrations, lower viscosities and an approximate Newton fluid behaviors
were observed for these two PUA systems. For the PUA synthesized from GE 210, no ordered
particles were observed in the system, and this dispersion was characterized as a
pseudoplastic fluid with higher viscosity. In addition, such a PUA system was sensitive to
electrolyte. |
