树脂/废胶粉热塑性弹性体

摘 要:综述了树脂/废胶粉热塑性弹性体(RTPE)的制备方法、主要品种的典型性能及废胶粉的粒径和用量、增容剂、交联剂等不同因素对RTPE性能的影响;介绍了有关流变、结晶度、形态结构等方面的理论研究进展及其应用领域。结果表明,随着废胶粉用量的增加,RTPE拉伸强度呈下降趋势,扯断伸长率有极大值;废胶粉粒径对RTPE物理机械性能影响不大;加入增容剂及交联剂,RTPE物理机械性能可大幅度提高。

Development of resin/waster rubber powder thermoplastic elastomer

AbstractThe preparation of resin/waste rubber powder thermoplastic elastomer, typical properties of principle kinds and the influence of radius, usage amount, compatilizer and crosslinking agent on the properties were reviewed with 10 references. At the same time, the development of the theory on the rheological behavior, crystallinity and morphology and the usage fields of it was also introduced. It was reported that with the increase dose of waste rubber powder, tensile strength decreases and the elongation at break exhibited the maximum; the particle size of waste rubber powder did not have much influence on the physical properties, when compatilizer and crosslinking agents were added, the properties had a dramatic improvement.
