摘 要:探讨了纳米粒子在高聚物熔体中的均匀分散混合动力学模型(哑铃模型).结果表明,剪切速率和使用偶联剂,可改善纳米材料在高聚物中的分散效果.

  Recently, basic research and application studies on nano-scale science and technology have been developed rapidly. In order that the nano-scale particles can tack effect fully in the polymers, the said particles must be evenly mixed in the polymer materials. Therefore dispersion problems must be considered for filling nano-scale material in the polymers, and extremely important value in theory and practice exists in studies of disperse mixing in the polymers.
  At present,on polymer modification,a certain amount of nano-scale material should be added in the polymer,filled polymer may be regarded as condensed suspensions,which interaction between the particles affecting the flowing properties ought to be considered for condensed suspensions,and the viscosity of condensed suspension depends on the size and distribution of filled particles.
