Recycling of HDPE/PVC hybrid with aid of γ -radiation and compatibilizer

高能辐射与增容剂作用下的高密度聚乙烯与聚氯乙烯废薄膜混杂物回收

摘 要:以 EVA为增容剂,对高密度聚乙烯与聚氯乙烯废薄膜混杂物进行挤出回收加工并进行高能辐照.结果表明,适量的增容剂与γ -射线能够促进混合,并使扯断伸长率大幅度提高.照射产生的相互交联是增容化的主因.

  The used HDPE and PVC packages are usually put together and difficult to separate[1].They are not miscible resulting in low properties.The controlled exposure of recycled plastics to γ -radiation constitutes a proper approach to the improvement of compatibilization[2,3].
  In this paper,hybrids of waste HDPE and soft PVC (70 phr DOP) films (70/30 in mass)was recycled using EVA as a compatibilizer.The PVC/HDPE blends were prepared with an extruder,the irradiation of γ -ray was carried out after extrusion at room temperature.Tensile properties were listed in Table 1.
