摘 要:以多官能团锂为引发剂,步法合成了含不同臂数的星形 SIBR, 研究了他们的序列结构、相对分子质量及其分布,以及物理机械性能.结果表明,调节引发剂的官能度可控制聚合物的臂数,进而得到性能优良的 SIBR.

  Star-shaped styrene-isoprene-butadiene rubber(SIBR) with different number of arms possesses an excellent combination of low rolling resistance and anti-wet-gripping, which has found application in making high-performance tires. In order to obtain the desired relative molecular mass(Mw) and relative molecular mass distribution(MWD),SIBR was prepared using a multifunctional lithium initiator via a single-step anionic polymerization procedure.
  Experiment In the copolymerization of styrene(St), isoprene(Ip) and butadiene(Bd), multifunctional lithium was used as initiator[1], cyclohexane as solvent,THF as polar regulator. The reaction was carried out at 60 ℃ for 3.5 h.
