聚烯烃聚氨酯的形态结构和苯的扩散行为
Relationship between benzene diffusion behavior and morphology of polyolefin based polyurethane membranes

摘 要:研究了端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB),端羟基聚丁二烯/丙烯腈共聚物(HTBN)和端羟基聚丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物(HTBS)与甲苯二异氰酸酯和1,4-丁二醇构成的聚烯烃类聚氨酯(PU)的形态结构和与苯的扩散行为之间的关系,发现HTPB基PU相分离程度最大,HTBN基PU相分离程度最小.苯的扩散主要是在软相中,硬段质量分数增加,扩散系数和平衡吸收量都减小.相分离程度增大扩散系数略微增大而平衡吸收量明显减小. |
A series of polyurethane membranes based on toluene diisocyanate(TDI),1,4- butanediol(BDO) and hydroxyl- terminated polybutadiene(HTPB) or hydroxyl terminated poly- butadiene/acrylonitrile(HTBN) with 20.3% of acrylonitrile or hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene/styrene(HTBS)with 15% of styrene were synthesized by solution polymerization. The mass fraction of pure soft segments in the soft matrix(Wss) was calculated by Fox equation[1,2].The diffusion coefficient(D)of benzene through polyurethane and the equilibrium absorption(We,mass ratio of benzene/polymer) were measured by quartz spring weighting method[3],as listed in Table 1.…… |
