增容剂和硫化剂对EPDM/PA动态硫化热塑性弹性体性能的影响

摘　要：研究了4种增容剂:氯化聚乙烯、环氧化EPDM、马来酸酐接枝的二元乙丙橡胶、马来酸酐接枝的三元乙丙橡胶,以及5种硫化体系:硫黄、DCP、溴化酚醛树脂、双2,5-和1,4-双(叔丁基过氧化)二异丙苯对EPDM/PA动态硫化的热塑性弹性体物理机械性能的影响.结果发现,以CPE和MA-g-EPR为增容剂的共混物具有最佳的物理机械性能.当以CPE为增容剂,选用不同的硫化体系对共混物进行硫化时,发现硫黄为硫化剂时,共混物具有最佳的综合性能.

　　Since DuPont′ s super tough nylon was discovered in 1975,EPDM/PA blending system had attracted considerable interest for fundamental and applied point of view.As EPDM and PA blending system has very poor miscibility,suitable compatibilizer shall be added to improve the compatibility of the components.In this paper,a novel thermoplastic vulcanizate of EPDM and PA compatibilized by chlorinated polyethylene(CPE) was prepared by dynamic vulcanization.Four compatibilizers:CPE,maleic anhydride grafted EPDM(MA- g- EPDM),maleic anhydride grafted EPR(MA- g- EPR),and epoxidized EPDM(E- EPDM) were studied.After the proper compatibilizer was chosen,five vulcanizing agents were investigated in this blending system.……
