共絮凝工艺制备精细分散的二硫化钼/丁腈橡胶复合材料

摘 要:通过反应将二硫化钼在水中分成单片层的悬浮液,然后与丁腈胶乳混合共絮凝,将二硫化钼精细地混入丁腈橡胶中,与直接在双辊混炼机中,将二硫化钼加入橡胶中相比,二硫化钼层间插入了有机分子,层间距扩大,二硫化钼粒径小,部分达到了纳米级的分散水平.
