正辛醇改性负载钛催化剂合成聚丁二烯橡胶 高榕 于涛 姚薇 赵永仙 黄宝琛 摘 要:以正辛醇/TiCl4改性TiCl4/MgCl2催化剂合成了乙烯基质量分数为45%~55%的聚丁二烯橡胶,并将其力学性能与牌号为BR 9000的聚丁二烯橡胶进行了对比.结果表明,由此改性催化剂制得的聚丁二烯生胶和硫化胶的力学性能优于BR 9000,尤其是抗湿滑性能得到了明显改善.由正辛醇/TiCl4(摩尔比)为30的改性TiCl4/MgCl2催化剂合成的聚丁二烯橡胶的综合力学性能最好.
