用反应器内合金化技术制备间规聚苯乙烯/橡胶弹性体合金 徐秀海 曹堃 姚臻 李伯耿 摘 要:分别选用与间规聚苯乙烯(sPS)不相容或部分相容的三元乙丙橡胶和PS-b-EPR作为橡胶弹性体溶于苯乙烯单体中,加入茂金属催化剂催化苯乙烯间规本体聚合,得到sPS和橡胶弹性体反应器内原位掺混合金.采用差示扫描量热仪和扫描电镜对产物进行表征,表明与均相本体聚合得到的sPS相比,该合金颗粒形态得到很大的改善,同时玻璃化转变温度降低,说明采用器内合金化技术制备出的合金具有一定的相容性.
