用含有麝香草酚钡的负离子催化剂体系合成高反式嵌段聚丁二烯 曾凡君 张春庆 李杨 张雪涛 王玉荣 摘 要:以环己烷为溶剂,正丁基锂(简称Li)为主引发剂,加入有麝香草酚钡(简称Ba)和三异丁基铝(简称Al)形成的复合引发剂体系,合成了中反-高反的嵌段聚丁二烯(PB).通过改变Ba和Al的加入时间合成了不同结构的嵌段中反-高反PB.研究了不同引发剂添加量对嵌段中反-高反结构与玻璃化转变温度(Tg)的影响.结果表明,均聚物高反式PB只有1个Tg,为-86.9℃,而嵌段PB则有2个Tg,分别为-92.7℃和-32.7℃;随着高反式嵌段含量的减少,PB总的反式结构含量降低,但高反式嵌段的反式结构含量基本保持不变. Barium thymol(Ba) -Al(i-Bu)3 (Al) -n-BuLi(Li) complex catalyst system for synthesizing high trans-1,4-polybutadiene(HTPB) was studied. In the catalyst system, Al and Ba were used as assistant initiator for adjusting trans-1,4-sturue-ture content of polybutadiene (PB). PB having different trans-structure content could be obtained by changing values of Ba∶ Al∶ Li(mole ratio) as showed in Table 1. Choose a suitable value of Ba∶Al∶Li and synthesize PB having high trans-block as follows. A 100 mL stainless reactor dried and purged with nitrogen was charged with cyclohexane solution of 1,3-butadiene. Then, solution of Li in hexane was added to the reactor. The polymerization was carried out at 50 ℃ for a certain time. And then added solution of Ba in ethyl benzene,solution of Al in cyclohexane into the reactor. The polymerization was carried out at 70 ℃ for 4 h. By this method,block medium trans-high trans-PB could be obtained.…… |
