用MoCl5/TBP/Al(OPhCH3)(i-Bu)2催化聚合1,2-聚丁二烯 田维 徐海兵 田健 徐玲 华静 摘 要:研究了用MoCl5(MoTBP)-Al(OPhCH3)(i-Bu)2催化体系催化丁二烯聚合的规律,并与MoCl3(OC8H17)2-Al(OPhCH3)(i-Bu)2体系进行了比较.结果表明,与辛醇体系相比,该催化体系聚合活性高,产物相对分子质量下降近一半,相对分子质量分布加宽,1,2-结构摩尔分数为86.6%,且以等规结构(摩尔分数为53.3%)为主. Abstract:Molybdenum catalyst is one of the best catalysts for high vinyl poly-butadiene robber. The investigation of this catalyst system has mainly focused on MoCl5 substituted by alcohol (especially n-octanol), and with carbonic ester as the additive[1-2]. But the catalyst activity re-mains to be improved, and the high relative molecular mass and its narrow distribution of the resulted polymer make it difficult to be pro-cessed. In this paper, with a Mo (Ⅴ) catalyst system, modified MoCl5 with tributyl phosphate (MoTBP), as catalyst, and Al(OPhCH3) (i-Bu)2 as co-catalyst (Al), the 1,2-polybutadiane was researched. |
