含高相对分子质量氟化聚硅氧烷链段的水性聚氨酯脲的制备与性能 苏腾 王贵友 胡春圃 摘 要:以数均相对分子质量(n)较高(8 361~21 760)的α,ω-二羟基聚甲基(3,3,3-三氟丙基)硅氧烷(PTFPMS)、聚酯二元醇、二羟甲基丙酸、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和乙二胺为原料,制备了一系列贮存稳定性优良的大分子主链中含有少量(质量分数为5%)长PTFPMS链段的聚氨酯脲(PUU)水分散液,并对其性能进行了研究.结果表明,与未改性或用低相对分子质量(n 为798)PTFPMS改性的PUU水分散液相比,用高相对分子质量PTFPMS改性的PUU水分散液的粒径减小;含高相对分子质量PTFPMS链段的PUU水分散液成膜后,其表面疏水性和力学性能比纯PUU水分散液有很大程度的提高,而比含低相对分子质量(n 为798)的PTFPMS链段的PUU水分散液有一定程度的提高. Abstract:In recent years, waterborne polyurethane(PU) and polyurethane-urea (PUU) have attracted increasing interest for stringent environmental requirements. In order to further enhance the water resistance and surface hydrophobicity, the waterborne PU is often modified with polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), but the lowering of mechanical properties of PDMS-modified PU is generally observed[1]. In the previous study[2], we reported that the water resistance and mechanical properties of waterborne PUU could be enhanced markedly by modification with a small number (mass fraction 5%) of α, ω-dihydroxypoly [(3,3,3-trifluoropropyl) methylsiloxane] (PTFPMS) with number-average molecular mass (n) of 798. In this study, a series of PUU aqueous dispersions were prepared from the PTFPMS with high n (8 361 -21 760), isophorone diisocyanate, polyester polyol, dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) and ethylene diamine. The mass fraction of DMPA and PTFPMS were 4% and 5% (based on the total mass of PUU), respectively. |
