顺丁橡胶与溶聚丁苯橡胶凝聚系统的节能取向 陈华锋 沈建平 摘 要:对中国石化上海高桥分公司的顺丁橡胶(BR)和漕泾溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)装置的凝聚系统工艺进行了比较,分析了凝聚系统中溶剂脱除的主要影响因素,总结了2套装置的能耗水平.BR装置的凝聚系统是采用双釜保压水析法,SSBR装置的凝聚系统是采用三釜保压水析法,后者胶粒的停留时间长于前者,有利于溶剂的脱除;在操作压力一定时,升高温度也有利于溶刺的脱除;SSBR装置凝聚系统的溶剂消耗和能耗均低于BR装置的凝聚系统. Comparison on analysis of energy saving of condensation systems for cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber and solution polymerized butadiene-styrene rubber Chen Huafeng(Technical Department,Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Corporation,SINOPEC,Shanghai 200137,China) Shen Jianping (Technical Department,Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Corporation,SINOPEC,Shanghai 200137,China) Abstract:The condensing processes of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber(BR) and Caojing solution polymerized butadiene-styrene rubber (SSBR) units in Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Corporation,SINOPEC were compared,the effect factors of removal of solvent oil were analyzed,and the average energy consumption of the 2 units were summarized.The double kettles pressure holded-water-elutriation process was used to BR condensation,and the three kettles pressure holded-water-elutriation process was used to SSBR condensation.The residence time of the latter process was longer than that of the former,it could be benefit to remove solvent oil.At the same pressure,the removal of solvent oil enhanced with increasing temperature.The energy and solvent consumptions of SSBR condensation system were lower than those of BR system. |
