白炭黑增强偶联型溶聚丁苯橡胶的性能

摘 要:研究了白炭黑增强自制偶联型溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)的加工性能、物理机械性能、滚动阻力、抗湿滑性和耐磨性,并与国内外同类产品进行了比较.结果表明,自制100%偶联SSBR纯胶的门尼黏度高、应力弛豫速率慢、弹性高,加工性能受到影响;SSBR硫化胶具有较高的300%定伸应力,达到14.7 MPa,其滚动阻力低、抗湿滑性和耐磨性均优于同类产品.

Properties of coupled solution polymerized butadiene-styrene rubber reinforced by silica

AbstractThe processing performance,mechanical properties,rolling resistance,wet traction and abrasion resistance of self-made coupled solution polymerized butadiene-styrene rubber (SSBR) reinforced by silica were studied,and compared with domestic and foreign commercial products.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of 100% coupled SSBR was high,the strain relaxation speed was low,the elasticity was better,the processing ability was affected.Compared with the other two samples,100% coupled SSBR exhibited highest modulus at 300% (reached 14.7 MPa),and the rolling resistance,wet traction and abrasion resistance were better.
