丁腈橡胶/三元乙丙橡胶并用胶的制备及性能 郭建 魏伯荣 刘生辉 摘 要:将丁腈橡胶(NBR)与三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)并用,考察了生胶牌号、并用比、并用工艺对NBR/EPDM并用胶性能的影响,并对其耐臭氧及耐油性能进行了分析.结果表明,选用第三单体为亚乙基降冰片烯(即E型)的EPDM可以改善其与NBR的共硫化性能;当门尼黏度相近的NBR与EPDM的并用比(质量比)为70/30,且采用2种生胶先混炼,而后加入各种配合剂的制备工艺,并用胶具有良好的耐臭氧性能及物理机械性能;具有以NBR为连续相、EPDM为分散相结构形态的并用胶有较好的耐油性能与良好的耐臭氧性能. Preparation and properties of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber/ethylene-propylene-diene rubber blends Guo Jian(Polymer Institute of Science School,Northwestern Polytechnical University,Xi'an 710072,China;No. 4 Research Institute No. 41 Institute,China Ariation Technology Group Corporation,Xi'an 710025,China) Wei Borong(Polymer Institute of Science School,Northwestern Polytechnical University,Xi'an 710072,China) Liu Shenghui(Air Force Representative Office in Xingping District,Xianyang 712023,China) Abstract:Acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) and ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM) were blended,the effects of green rubber brand,blending ratio (mass ratio) and mixing mode on the properties of NBR/EPDM blends were investigated,and the ozone resistance and oil resistance were analyzed.The results showed that selecting the EPDM with eth-ylidene norbornene as the third monomer (E-type) could improve their co-vulcanizability.When the blending ratio of NBR to EPDM with similar Mooney viscosity was 70/30 and both the green rubbers were mixed first and then a variety of agents were added,the blends with better ozone resistance and mechanical properties could be obtained.The blends with a morphology of continuous phase of NBR and dispersion phase of EPDM had good ozone resistance and oil resistance. |
