含硫硅烷偶联剂对白炭黑填充天然橡胶填料网络结构及流变行为的影响 彭华龙 刘岚 罗远芳 傅伟文 贾德民 摘 要:通过橡胶加工分析仪研究了分别添加偶联剂双(三乙氧基丙基硅烷)四硫化物(TESPT)、双(三乙氧基丙基硅烷)二硫化物(TESPD)、3-丙酰基硫代-1-丙基-三甲氧基硅烷(PXT)的白炭黑填充天然橡胶(NR)混炼胶的填料网络结构,考察了3种偶联剂对白炭黑填充NR混炼胶的门尼黏度及流变形为的影响.结果表明,3种偶联剂均使白炭黑填料网络化程度大幅度减轻,弹性模量和损耗模量变小,Payne效应大大减弱,增大了胶料的流动性,改善了加工性能;PXT与TESPT比TESPD更能有效地减轻填料的网络化程度. Effect of sulfur-containing silane couping agent on filler network structure and rheological behavior of silica filled natural rubber compounds Peng Hualong(School of Materials Science and Engineering,South China University of Technology,Guangzhou 510640,China) Liu Lan(School of Materials Science and Engineering,South China University of Technology,Guangzhou 510640,China) Luo Yuanfang(School of Materials Science and Engineering,South China University of Technology,Guangzhou 510640,China) Fu Weiwen(School of Materials Science and Engineering,South China University of Technology,Guangzhou 510640,China) Jia Demin (School of Materials Science and Engineering,South China University of Technology,Guangzhou 510640,China) Abstract:The filler networks of silica filled natural rubber (NR) compounds respectively added bis-(3-triethoxysilylpropyl) tetrasulfane (TESPT),bis-(3-triethoxysilylpropyl) disulfane (TESPD) and 3-propionylthio-1-propyltrimethoxylsilane (PXT) were studied by rubber processing analyzer (RPA).The effects of three kinds of coupling agent (TESPT,TESPD and PXT) on Mooney viscosity and processing rheological behavior of silica filled NR compound were investigated.The results showed that all of the coupling agents lessened the silica network,reduced elasticity modulus and loss modulus,and weakened Payne effect.However they increased fluidity of the compound and improved its proces-sability.Compared with TESPD,PXT and TESPT were more effective for decreasing filler networks. |
