Such a crosslinker provIDed covalent linkages between rubber polymer chains via quaternarization which was thermoreversible. The results showed that the gel content of BIIR was affected strongly by vulcanization temperature and time, and under the crosslinking condition 160℃×30 min, the higher crosslinking activity of the crosslinker was exhbitied. The torque measurement at different temperature and thermal recompression indicated that the crosslinking BIIR had good thermal induced flowability and thermal reprocessing ability at 190 ℃. |
