溶液聚合橡胶的凝聚节能降耗技术 贺卉昌 蔡江伟 杨虎龙 摘 要:分析了溶液聚合橡胶凝聚过程中物耗和能耗的影响因素,讨论了节能降耗技术,提出了降低蒸汽和溶剂消耗的方法.采用双釜串联凝聚工艺可解决节能与降耗的矛盾;利用蒸汽喷射泵、热泵等技术可以充分利用废热,蒸汽消耗可以降低0.5~1.4 t(以1 t胶计);使用分散剂可以使胶粒变小,有利于溶剂从胶粒中脱出,从而降低溶剂消耗;改进凝聚釜搅拌桨、胶液喷嘴、蒸汽喷嘴等有利于节能降耗. Energy saving and consumption reducing technologies were discussed. The methods of reducing consumption of steam and solvent were proposed. The contradiction between energy saving and consumption reducing was solved by series double-kettle condensation process. The waste heat was fully utilized with steam injection pump and heat pump, and steam consumption dropped 0.5-1.4 t (for 1 t rubber ). Using dispersant could make latex particles lessened, solvent separated from latex particles and solvent consumption dropped. It was beneficial to improve stirring of condensation kettle and jet nozzles of latex and steam for energy saving and consumption reducing. |
