配方因素对均聚型/共聚型氯醚橡胶共混物耐热老化性能的影响 吴丽娟 罗权焜 孙立军 摘 要:采用机械共混方法制备了均聚型/共聚型氯醚橡胶(CO/ECO)共混物,考察了配方因素对共混物耐热老化性能的影响.结果表明,CO和ECO二者的共混比对共混物耐热老化性能影响不大.增强剂的种类对耐热老化性能影响较为显著,以填充沉淀法白炭黑和气相法白炭黑共混物的耐热老化性能较好;以炭黑为增强剂时,其用量以40~50份为佳.以三聚硫氰酸为硫化体系硫化的共混物,其热稳定性优于以1,2-亚乙基硫脲为硫化体系硫化的共混物.添加各种软化剂,均会导致共混物耐热老化性能下降;而各种防老剂中,以防老剂NBC、4010 NA和RD对共混物的防老化效果为最好. The results showed that the effect of CO/ECO(mass ratio) on thermal aging resistance of CO/ECO blends was not obvious. The species of reinforcing agent had evident effect, and among them precipitated silica, fumed silica were the best. The optimum amount was 40-50 phr when the reinforcing agent was carbon black. The thermal aging resistance of the blends cured with trithiocyanuric acid was better than that with ethylene thiourea. The thermal aging resistance of CO/ECO blends decreased by adding softening agents, but improved by adding antioxidant NBC, 4010 NA and RD. |
