钐配合物作防老剂的天然橡胶硫化胶的热氧老化性能 谢婵 贾志欣 罗远芳 贾德民 摘 要:合成了一种新型稀土(钐)配合物,将其作为橡胶防老剂应用于天然橡胶硫化胶,对硫化胶在热氧老化过程中的力学性能和氧化诱导时间变化进行了初步研究.结果表明,钐配合物可以显著提高天然橡胶硫化胶的耐热氧老化性能,其防老化效果优于常用橡胶防老剂4010 NA. Thermal-oxidative aging properties of natural rubber vulcanizates with Sm(Ⅲ) complex as antioxidant

Oxidative aging of rubber is one of the most serious problems in rubber technology because the absorption of a small amount of oxygen causes a considerable change in physical and mechanical properties of rubber. There are several different approaches to inhibit the oxidation reaction, and the addition of antioxidants seems to be the most convenient way to retard oxidation. Many studies indicate that rare earth ions have strong antioxidant ability, and rare earth complexes show great scavenging effect for free radicals.…… |
