低脆性温度丙烯酸酯橡胶的制备与性能 夏宇正 闫佳 石淑先 焦书科 摘 要:以氯代乙酸乙烯酯为硫化点单体、二乙二醇单甲醚丙烯酸酯为第3单体,与丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸乙酯乳液共聚合成了丙烯酸酯共聚物,经混炼、硫化制得超耐寒丙烯酸酯橡胶,并分别对硫化胶的力学性能和热学性能进行了表征.结果表明,所得丙烯酸酯橡胶的拉伸强度达10 MPa,撕裂强度达23 kN/m,扯断伸长率300%左右,脆性温度低于-32℃,与目前耐寒级丙烯酸酯橡胶的脆性温度(-24℃)相比更低. How to increase performance at lower temperature or to decrease the brittle temperature without reducing oil resistance is always difficult for manufacture acrylic rubber(ACM)[1].The above problem has been solved through the solution copolymerization of ethylene and methyl acrylate by Du Pent Company,but there are many disadvantages in the process,such as expensive equipments.high operating pressure[2].In this study,a novel ACM with much lower brittle temperature were prepared by eopolymerizing ethyl acrylate(EA),butyl acrylate(BA),diethylene glycol monomethyl ether acrylate(DGMEA),and vinyl ehloro-acetate(VCA)through emulsion polymerization.Therefore,the noveI monomer,DGMEA,also called oil resistant monomer,being used to balance the oil resistance and the low temperature resistante,was synthesized through reacting acrylic acid with methoxydiethylene glyco1.…… |
