冷喂料挤出机螺旋啮合喂料装置的性能分析与研究

摘　要：针对新型的螺旋啮合喂料装置进行分析,从机理上讨论了螺旋啮合哏料装王的优越性,同时就实验结果,讨论分析了啮合量、螺杆转速、胶料种类等对挤出机性能参数的影响程度,为后续的结构设计和研究提出了一定的参考基础.

Research and analysis on the performance of the screw feeding device of cold feeding rubber extruder

Abstract：Along with the analysis on the screw feeding device ,the paper instructs the superiority of the screw feeding de-vice on mechanics. At the same time, it analyzes the extent of affecting on the performance parameter of extruder on mesh value,screw rotate speed and type of rubber, supplying a basement for the subsequent structure design and research.
