弹性环氧胶的特性与应用研究

摘　要：叙述了一般环氧胶存在的缺陷，应用时稍有不当，伏下隐患就会造成失效。以双酚A环氧树脂为主剂，配合优质高胺值类固化剂等组成的弹性环氧胶，既保持环氧胶体系良好的胶接性能，又具有类似橡胶弹性行为的特性。其在航天产品电装工艺实施胶装、粘固、灌封中，已获得令人满意的技术结果。

Research of features and applications of elastic epoxy adhesive

Abstract：Commen cared epoxy adhesives have the shortcomings of brittleness,high inner stress and being prone to crack due to expansion or contraction strain force.Once used in aerospace products,they could bring hidden tronbles in and cause failures.As a solution to that a new type of epoxy adhesive,elastic epoxy adhesive is presented which is formed by bisphend A epoxy(main composition)with premium hight-amiune curing agent(auxiliary composition).It retains good bonding ability that the epoxy adhesive family possesses while acts like elastic rubbers.Said elastic epoxy adhesive has been put into use in aerospace products for implementation of electrical fitting technologies such as glue joint,cementation and encapsulation,with satisfactory effects obtained.
