桑塔纳轿车液压复合器刹车系统油缸波纹防尘罩的研制

摘　要：介绍了桑塔纳轿车液压复合器刹车系统油缸(包括主缸和工作缸)波纹状防尘罩(简称防尘罩)的研制。防尘罩的胶料配方确定为：EPDM(丙烯质量分数为0.40-0.50)100；氧化锌5.0；硬脂酸0.5；防老剂A1.0；防老剂D0.5；炭黑N75465；石蜡油8.0；增塑剂DOP4.0；过氧化物DCP＋促进剂CZ＋促进剂TETD＋硫黄3.7。硫化胶性能达到上海大众汽车有限公司指标要求。产品的一段硫化在平板硫化机上进行，硫化条件为178℃×8min；二段硫化在热空气老化箱中进行，硫化条件为150℃×2h。该防尘罩已批量生产。

Development of wavy cylinder dust cap for hydraulic brake system in Santana

Abstract：A wavy cylinder dust cap for hydraulic brake system in Santana has been developed. The formula of cap is as follows: EPDM(propylene content 40%-50%) 100; zinc oxide 5.0; stearate 0.5; antioxidant A 1.0; antioxidant D 0.5; black N754 65; petroleum wax 8.0; plasticizer DOP 4.0; DCP＋CZ＋TETD＋sulfur 3.7. The first step vulcanization of the product is carried out on a curing press at the temperature of 178℃ for 8 min; and the second step vulcanization is carried out in a hot air oven at the temperature of 150℃ for 2 h.
