胶料在单螺杆橡胶挤出机中的三维流场分析
3D flow field analysis of rubber compound in single screw extruder 魏新利 董卫刚 摘 要:利用ANSYS软件,以一个螺旋长度为对象,经过简化和边界处理,研究单螺杆挤出机中胶料的三维流场,根据分析结果讨论了胶料在螺槽中的流动状况,认为在螺槽横截面中存在一定的流动"死区",在设计螺杆时,螺槽不宜太深,螺棱与螺槽底部交界处应有一定的圆弧过渡. |
