硅烷偶联剂及其对白炭黑的改性研究进展

Progress in research of silane coupling agent and its use as modifier of silica

摘 要:介绍硅烷偶联剂的作用机理及其对白炭黑的改性效果.硅烷偶联剂与白炭黑表面的羟基发生反应,使白炭黑由亲水性变为疏水性,从而增大其与橡胶的相容性,改善白炭黑的分散性,提高填充硫化胶的物理性能和动态力学性能.应用白炭黑存在混炼时间长、混炼段数多、易产生焦烧等问题.新一代硅烷偶联剂NXT可采用一段混炼工艺制备胎面胶,并能改善胶料的动态力学性能,是硅烷偶联剂今后的发展方向.
