橡胶表面涂装预处理技术

摘 要:概述橡胶表面涂装预处理技术,重点介绍橡胶表面化学处理法中的化学反应处理法和化学底涂剂处理法以及橡胶表面涂装预处理实施方案.橡胶表面涂装预处理技术包括机械起毛法、化学处理法、气体热氧法、火焰处理法和等离子体放电技术等.化学反应处理法中的卤化法和环化法可以显著提高橡胶表面的粘合性能,化学底涂剂处理法中底涂剂起着粘接媒介的作用.为满足环保要求和某些精细化工艺特殊需要,应积极开展环保型化学处理法和等离子体法等的研究和应用.
