关于评估钢丝带束子午载重胎损伤的仪器

摘 要:在改进探测/评估造成钢丝带束子午载重轮胎拉链状损坏原因的胎体层帘线疲劳损伤所用的扫描仪器方面,采用了空气耦合传感器代替接触式超声波滚动传感器,而无降低探伤概率之虞.通过减少传感器内可动部件的数量,提高了仪器的坚固性,可更好地为在线检查承受新胎或旧胎翻新设备的环境.该仪器依然以生产(非实验室)为导向,能产生色码扫描图像.因而降低了仪器使用过程中轮胎破坏造成财产损坏或人员伤害的可能性.本文介绍了两条轮胎的结果并对其进行讨论,一条胎人为埋植了缺陷,另一条胎带有现场使用的疲劳损伤.
