橡胶挤出口型设计

摘 要:本文提出了一种解决橡胶口型设计简单经济的新思路,即采用一种计算机数值模拟的方式来完成橡胶口型设计.首先以一台销钉机筒挤出机为例对正面减压口型进行分析,进而通过有限元计算得出数值模拟分析图,并对各种口型分析获得结论.主要是针对正面减压口型、背面减压口型和未减压口型的挤出和速度曲线图进行分析.
