挤出次数对聚乳酸/醋酸淀粉共混物的流变-性能-形态的影响 颜斌玉 张水洞 黄汉雄 摘 要:采用双螺杆挤出机制备聚乳酸/醋酸淀粉(PLA/AS)共混物,研究挤出次数对共混物流变-性能-形态的影响.动态流变测试结果表明,复数黏度和储能模量随着挤出次数的增加而降低;扫描电镜照片表明,采用多次挤出可提高AS在PLA中的分散均匀性,改善两相的界面黏结;拉伸测试结果表明,二次挤出共混物的拉伸性能最高,拉伸强度为27.91MP.
