新生代的经济节约型硫化剂

  本文阐述了两种新的过氧化物交联技术,分别称作SP(焦烧保护)和CST(速度控制技术),它们能提供非常有效的焦烧保护.焦烧是多余的或早期的交联,它可能发生在共混或挤出操作中,甚至发生在真正的交联过程中.已商业化的F40M-SP和F-CST两种新产品是在熟知的Luperox F过氧化物的基础上发展起来的,它的化学名称是1,3和1,4-二(叔丁基过氧基)二异丙苯.……
